Denys Petrenko & Olga Novitskaya
In this month’s Unsung Hero spotlight, we celebrate Denys Petrenko and Olga Novitskaya, loyal Citadel Theatre subscribers, donors and friends who help make the magic happen behind the scenes.
Denys and Olga share a love of live theatre and believe in the importance of supporting the arts in our community. To them, Citadel Theatre is a special place where talented people come together to create wonderful performances in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Although they joined the theatre community relatively recently, they believe it’s important for their generation to appreciate, support, and preserve live theatre for the future.
Their support goes far beyond attending performances. Denys and Olga are always happy to lend a hand, spread the word about Citadel and contribute their time and talents wherever they can. Denys was especially helpful during the transition into Citadel Creative, providing valuable IT support by setting up printers and helping with other technical needs as we settled into our new space.
We’re incredibly grateful to have Denys and Olga as part of the Citadel family. Their generosity, enthusiasm and willingness to help behind the scenes make a meaningful difference as we continue to grow and expand our programming. Thank you, Denys and Olga, for helping Citadel Theatre thrive and for supporting the future of live theatre in our community!
