Office Assistant
Citadel Theatre in Lake Forest is seeking a friendly, organized, and sales-minded Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, supporting the arts, and helping create memorable experiences for theatre audiences.

Position Responsibilities:
As Office Assistant, you will play an important role in connecting audiences with Citadel Theatre. Responsibilities include:
Supporting group and single ticket sales by phone and email while collaborating with the marketing team on messaging and promotions
Assisting with daily box office and office operations, including processing ticket orders by phone and online
Helping coordinate special mailings and marketing projects, including postcard campaigns
Assisting staff with special projects and event preparation
Collaborating with the entire Citadel team and gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of theatre operations.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable with sales outreach and phone communication
Basic computer proficiency; willingness to learn ticketing systems
Interest in theatre or arts administration is a plus
Position Details:
Part-time: 20–30 hours per week
Compensation: Based on experience
