Citadel’s Summer Camp program fosters a sense of community by welcoming students of all levels in an effort to not only have fun, but to nurture a love and deeper understanding of theatre. Actors will experience a variety of enrichment classes, in addition to rehearsing exciting, age-appropriate shows, culminating in two performances on the Citadel Stage.

Traveling Alice

 Set in the whimsical worlds of Disney, Alice is cast off by the Queen of Hearts on another courageous and interesting journey. Realizing she is no longer in the land of wonder, Alice embarks on her travels meeting an array funny and entertaining characters from a variety of Disney shows we have all grown to love.

Fame

(children entering 5th through 10th)

Set during the last years of New York City's celebrated High School for the Performing Arts in the early 1980s, Fame JR. is the bittersweet, but ultimately inspiring, story of a diverse group of students who commit to four years of grueling artistic and academic work. With candor, humor and insight, the show explores the issues that confront many young people today.
