Class Overview
Discover the art of movement through the Laban Movement Workshop! Participants will explore how the body moves through space, time, weight, and flow, using creative exercises, improvisation, and guided movement activities. Inspired by Rudolf Laban’s movement principles, this workshop encourages self-expression, creativity, body awareness, and a deeper understanding of how movement can communicate ideas and emotions. No previous dance experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity, imagination, and willingness to move!
