The Adult Actor’s Stretch is a workshop designed for the actor to continue to grow/stretch focusing on all aspects of acting foundations; scene study, building a character, improvisation, monologue and audition technique. Explore your favorite scene with another actor, experiment with a new style or technique, or tryout that new audition piece. The Adult Actor’s Stretch presents a safe and supportive environment – without the major commute downtown!

Meet Ellen Lancaster Ellen Lancaster has been the instructor for the Adult Actor’s Stretch since it’s inception. Ellen is back in the Midwest after 20 years in New York City, where she appeared on Broadway, in TV and Films and was the voice of lots of products on TV and Radio. You can still catch her on many episodes of Law and Order where she is usually looking distressed, smart, or sad!
