Creative Dramatics
Grades 1 - 3
Kids who love to perform will build confidence and performance skills through theater games, improvisation and exploring stories. Course encourages creative thinking, movement and develops concentration. Final class includes a presentation of our youngest thespians' progress for family and friends.

Singing for Musical Theater
Grades 6 - 8
Students will explore the fundamentals of singing and build a healthy vocal technique both as a group and as individuals, in a supportive, nurturing atmosphere.  Each student will be assigned musical theatre repertoire chosen specifically for him or her.  Topics will include auditioning, repertoire, musicality, interpretation, and performance practice.

Acting for Stage
Grades 3 - 8
Students of all backgrounds and skills will find creative and challenging opportunities to grow as performers. Unlock artistic possibilities through improvisation, exploration of character, familiarity with stage terms and techniques of performance. Watch emotional and physical life come into focus. Final class includes a presentation of work.

Audition Workshop
Grades 5 - 9
Develop your audition skills by choosing and working a monologue, practicing cold reading, working 16 bars of a musical selection, and learning the ins and outs of professionalism in the audition setting. Additional emphasis will be placed on developing a professional resume and choosing the right headshot.

Adult Actor's Stretch
For Adults 18+
This class is designed for the actor to continue to grow/stretch, focusing on all aspects on acting foundations, including scene study, building a character, improvisation, monologue and audition technique, presented in a safe and supportive environment – without the major commute downtown!

Classes are held at Stirling Hall, Grove Cultural Center, 60 E. Old Mill Road. Resume required for registration.
